Identifying appropriate brands to fit in retailer mix at the mall.
Negotiating and closure of lease agreements with international and domestic brands.
Communicating the terms & conditions of leasing out the space giving complete commercial details.
Execute the procedure of handover and takeover.
Efficiently handling the due diligence and legalities of the transaction.
Maintaining the proper records of all the occupants of the Mall.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical abilities.
