Digital Marketing Specialist for IBM
IBM Global Services India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore 1–8 YrsCandidate should be able to recommend and deploy one or many tactics to drive a program and/or BUs increase in digital interactions.
Works with global or country teams to understand the overall digital strategy, local requirements and limitations. Working with SMEs, develops, creates and delivers Web content plan as an integrated part of the go-to-market plan.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) the following: monitoring other Web sites for new sources of content, updating sites based on new available content, identify old or outdated content, optimizing content for search, creating and tracking effective offers, managing registration process.
Includes creation, deployment, and management of other digital assets such as rich media, social marketing elements (sites, IDs, hashtags…) as necessary to support the digital strategy.
Also requires knowledge of digital metrics, analysis, and the use of analysis in proactively managing digital execution.
Understanding of Blogging, forum/community participation, and other social media behaviors,Understanding of Google Trends,Knowlegde of Covario or equivalent SEO analytic tool, Web presence design, navigation, and architecture,Content creation, management, and the role of content in digital marketing (audience relevance, sales cycle…),Digital marketing concepts,Understands how to execute campaigns that included digital elements like virtual events, e-nurture, SEM / SEO.
Project management,Written and verbal communications (English),Working in virtual teams,Demand generation concept,Experience working and leveraging agency partners,Skilled with spreadsheets and preparing presentations using office tools such as PowerPoint, etc.
