This position is responsible for leading team of marketing communications (Marcom) individuals within the India Creative Services team.

This Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and leading team resources in order to meet WW TSG Customer Communications needs.

Specific Responsibilities:
Is responsible for over all development and execution of sales/marketing collateral for marketing programs and communication.

Lead the team of account leads responsible for managing a strong client relations with the on shore Marcom team.

Act as main point of contact on new Marcom project acquisition requests from WW TSG Customer Communications.

Reviews and approves all Marcom project requests working closely with the BU leads.

Coordinates project assignments across team that closely aligns with employee skill sets.

Assures Marcom projects are on strategy and completed on time.

Ensures effective management of overall projects, including metrics/status updates.

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with WW TSG Customer Communications region counterparts that promote collaborative working engagements.

Drive employee resource planning to proactively identify capability gaps, and develop and execute appropriate strategies for addressing gaps.

Understand overall workflow associated with development of all Marcom deliverables.

Work collaboratively with the BU leads and the WW TSG Customer Communications contact to develop long-term roadmap for increasing portfolio of services.

Proactively determine resources that are aligned to long-term roadmap in support of continuing to build portfolio of services.

Qualifications:
Requires 10+ years of expert level knowledge in area of marketing communications (marketing collateral, direct marketing, and advertising) preferably as part of off-shore team, plus minimum of 4 years managing project teams.

Bachelor`s (undergraduate) degree or Master`s (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

Depth of knowledge across marketing communications discipline and managing to objectives.

Demonstrated leadership abilities; experience in managing people, including developing and mentoring employees.

Demonstrated ability and desire for creating and fostering collaborative off-shore relationships.
